Over the years Pam and her husband, John, have enjoyed working on The Winners Journal. As a dual career couple the concepts they now offer others have also helped them personally.

John is a Doctor of Chiropractic with a thriving practice in Kalamazoo. Pam was a teacher at Lakeview School District in Battle Creek and is now retired after 30 years as a Physical Education Instructor and Coach. Pam received her Bachelors Degree from Central Michigan University and her Masters Degree in Education from Western Michigan University. Dr. Carls received his Doctorate of Chiropractic from Palmer College of Chiropractic.

The Carls live in Kalamazoo and have two children. Both their son and daughter are following their father into the Chiropractic Profession. Kelly and her husband Ryan are Chiropractors and have their practice in Byron Center, MI. Their son T.J. is now practicing in Battle Creek, MI.
